Cows
Cows are herbivores, so they only have teeth on the bottom.
There are 350 squirts in a gallon of milk.
Cows must give birth to a calf in order to produce milk.
Cows spend about 8 hours each day eating.
Cows move their jaws about 40,000 times a day.
Cows urinate about 30 lbs of water and poop about 60 lbs of feces each day.
Goats
Goats are great swimmers.
Goats are browsers, not grazers.
Goats are extremely picky about what they eat.
Goats DO NOT eat tin cans.
Goats have only bottom front and side teeth, the top jaw does have a large back molar for crushing things.
Goats have rectangular eyes - this allows them to see very well in the dark.
Chickens
A hen can lay about 300 eggs each year.
A hen lays one egg every 25 hours!
There are more chickens on Earth than there are humans.
Chickens eggs come in colors sometimes, (other than white and brown). Some breeds lay eggs in shades of blue or green. (we have those chickens)
Chickens can cross breed with turkeys. The result is called a 'Turkin'. -Which we also have!
